Should I be wearing over the knee compression stockings? Does my footwear impact my CVI?

I've suffered from a venous skin ulcer for 2 years. I've recently healed, but now my knees are swelling and hurting terribly.

We do suggest a thigh-high compression during your treatment however, after treatment it is patient preference. Some patients feel more relief from a thigh-high and some prefer a knee-high.

The laser stem end was broken and full power was applied at 200 milliamps. The Great Saphenous vein was burned and shut approximately 80%. I have nerve damage. Will a stent fix this? The pain is extreme. Will serapeptase or dracena and poly gonom help? What about clexane, warfarin, or serrapeptase in the vein directly? Would cutting the vein with a scalpel help? I believe they damaged the vein on purpose.
