Can Intense Pulse Light therapy be used in conjunction with Sclerotherapy?

Can I have IPL for spider veins concurrently with sclerotherapy, or will the treatments impact each other?

IPL isn't the right modality for spider veins. On occasion it can be used to treat very fine or "blush" type veins especially on the face. The better option is sclerotherapy, which is still considered the gold standard for treating spider veins. However, the feeder veins (reticulars) below the surface also need to be treated. The better laser for fine surface veins is a 1064 yag (Cutera) or Diode (Dornier) lasers.
That said, sclerotherapy can be done at the same time as laser, providing different areas are treated.
