Most vein clinics will not treat penile vein problems. You should see a urologist.

It can be used off label but you should talk to a urologist and get clearance for that. Most vein specialists will not treat varicose veins on the penis. However, if treatment occurred, the most likely to be treated would be the dorsal veins on the penis.

I've had several spider vein treatments using Asclera foam. After my last treatment January 18, 2019, a small, purple, blood-filled ball appeared over my left shin, at the injection site. Now, I have necrosis about 1/2 inch in diameter. It is very painful. Is it safe to wait until the appointment I have with a doctor tomorrow?
