Is it advisable for a 77-year-old to undergo treatment for brown spots and other signs of aging like red veins?

I had intensive light pulse treatment combined with laser 3 years ago. I'm now 77 years old and want to treat brown spots as well as other signs of aging, including red veins. Is it advisable?

If you are medically stable, there is no contraindication to treating brown spots or veins because of your age.
