I have green veins in my legs, hands, chest, hips and a bit in my lower abdomen. I'm only 16 years of age. Is this normal or not?

The appearance of your veins may be normal for you. You don't mention any symptoms associated with the veins. I'd suggest you see your primary care physician and review this with them.

Usually, these veins are normal in young people, especially if they are in multiple places and have thin and fair skin. At 16, the cause of these veins are genetic and most likely will improve with age.

Reticular Vein Treatments -1 answer
I first got my veins treated 10 years ago. I had about 5 bulging veins on the back of my leg below the knee--they also only appear when I stand up. After my 2 sessions of sclerotherapy, it seemed to have worked but over a year or two they resurfaced and had more than before. I've been continuously attending the clinic since then and the veins never went away again after years of numerous sclerotherapy treatments. There seems to be more than ever like a cluster of small bulging veins.
