Can pharmacomechanical thrombolysis be used when the whole leg is occluded?

My entire leg is occluded from the ankle to the abdomen. Can pharmacomechanical thrombolysis be used several months after diagnosis?

Too late. The remnants now include scar tissue, which will not loosen. Other possibilities are still available depending on your anatomy. You might want to call the Rane Center for an opinion.

It is not an option this far out. Anticoagulant therapy and compression hose is your best option.
