Dr. Jilanne Rose, ANP-C is a board-certified doctorate adult nurse practitioner who has performed over 10,000 vein care procedures. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1996 and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2004, as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2017. Jilanne is Phoenix Metros only Nurse Practitioner that has been trained extensively by a Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeon, an Interventional Radiologist, and an Interventional Cardiologist. She is highly regarded by patients and physicians who seek her out because of her expertise in vein disease, her commitment to compassionate care, and her excellent success rates. Jilanne Rose is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy, happy, and pain-free life.

Susan is one of our clinical sonographers and registered vascular technician with over 35 years of ultrasound experience in vascular studies, color flow imaging, small parts, ob/gyn, and invasive procedures. She is keenly aware of the stresses and concerns patients can experience while undergoing testing and treatment. Susan is able to provide your vein specialist with a very clear image and map of your veins, allowing appropriate treatment decisions to be carried out.

Karlea is one of our sonographers with over 8 years of cardiovascular ultrasound experience in both hospital settings as well as private practice. Karlea has worked with Jilanne for several years, performing and interpreting ultrasound vein mapping, lower venous ultrasounds, SVT and DVT evaluations, carotid doppler, and lower arterial ultrasound. She has extensive experience assisting with ultrasound guided endovenous ablation as well as ultrasound guided sclerotherapy. Karlea began her career as a cardiovascular technologist in California where she was exposed to the opportunity for sonography. This is where she found her calling and passion, as a cardiac sonographer.

Beth is one of our front office team members, the first person that patients meet, and she offers her own brand of warmth and humor to the job. She enjoys getting to know patients and their families, and helping to facilitate their questions and concerns. For patients calling for information or scheduling of any vein treatment procedures, Beth is extremely friendly and patient, willing to take the time and put them at ease.

Michella is our Business Office Coordinator and one of our Financial Counselors. She is our insurance billing specialist, and spends every day billing and tracking insurance claims. If your question is, "Does insurance cover varicose vein treatment?", she will know all the details you need to know. Michella has several years of experience in billing, accounting and management, and loves interacting with our patients. She is extremely knowledgeable working with insurance companies regarding vein treatment and puts her dedication to work for AVIA. Michella is a Nationally Certified Insurance and Coding Specialist and is a member of the Arizona Medical Group Managers Association.

As the Advanced Vein Institute of Arizona Outreach Services Director, Natalie provides outstanding education to the Arizona community about the premier vascular services that AVIA provides. She'll often find herself in Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert and other Phoenix Metro areas helping people understand varicose vein treatment and vascular health. She received her Master’s in Public Health degree from A.T. Still University and has spent 15 years working in healthcare. Natalie has true passion for those who are looking to achieve goals. Natalie’s experience in marketing and outreach, as well as patient education, has allowed AVIA to expand service offerings. In addition, her past work experience with oncology patients taught her a great deal of compassion and respect for those who are truly in need. She is a dedicated volunteer, consistently helping and putting others first. She loves to work with people, educating patients and physicians regarding available vein treatment options at Advanced Vein Institute of Arizona.

Jason is the Practice Administrator and CEO of Advanced Vein Institute of Arizona. Mr. Babcock brings over 20 years of healthcare administration experience to the organization with a strong background in finance, business development, operational improvement and customer service to AVIA. Jason received his master’s degree from the University of Phoenix with a concentration on healthcare administration. He is an active member of the Medical Group Managers Association, American Academy of Professional Coders, and a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
