I have been left with indented scars on the tip/end of my nose by VeinGogh treatment. What can I do?

The treatment was 6 weeks ago. The treated areas have indentations and shallow pits that are red in color. The setting used was clearly too high and I am now scarred. Also, the veins have returned and look worse than before treatment. I am at a loss as to what to do next.

I think you should wait longer. Healing takes place over a period of 6 - 8 weeks or more. If this occurs it can resolve and fill in with time. Perhaps seek a second opinion from another experienced practitioner who specializes in treating facial veins. We prefer laser (diode or yag) but waiting before you doing anything further is advisable.

I have been doing VeinGogh treatments but it takes a while for the redness/scabs to go away. With the summer coming, I would like to start tanning. How long do I need to wait before I can do it? Also, which creams/gel do you recommend using after the procedure to speed up the recovery stage?

I have had 11 combination treatments of sclerotherapy and Vein Gogh over 15 months. Right leg has numerous clusters of veins on the upper inside thigh, inner knee and back of the knee, along with lower leg and ankle. Some have lightened or improved somewhat but the majority are still present. I am getting impatient as most doctor's say 5-6 treatments will yield the disappearance of these veins. I have brown staining that is still with me after 6 months as well. FYI, I am still treating.
